Roles and responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day EXIM and Excise work, ensuring the accuracy of customs documentation
- Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues related to all shipments
- Review and process freight invoices for accuracy
- Track, trace, and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the company’s destinations
- Thoroughly review and print all import and export documentation to ensure full compliance
- Manage import and export freight costs data, tracking for Indian Customs, and collaborating with the company’s accounting department as needed

- Work outside normal hours of operation when necessary to fulfill essential functions and responsibilities
