This new generation of wire binding machines for TMT Bar bundles is operated with a combination of gear motors and a hydraulic unit. The tightening around the bundle during the wire stretching operation is performed by mechanical flaps. A portable OP panel gives data as machine operation status and maintenance values information. The machine shall be placed on a roller table that transports the bundle through the track of the machine.
